Rework Policy

We understand that some of your requirements might not have been met appropriately. To ensure our customer’s satisfaction, we follow the following guidelines for providing rework.

  1. Request for rework will be entertained only within 60 days of date of first submission.
  2. Customers must send us a list of specific areas which have to be revised. It will be assumed that the customers are satisfied with other areas and these will not be considered for future reworks.
  3. If the rework is outside the scope of initial instructions, an additional fee may be required.
  4. We require 24-48 hours to do any rework.
  5. The decision of administration at BESTASSIGNMENTS.LK will be final in case of any dispute.

Refund Policy

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. To ensure this, we have formulated a refund policy which is fair to our customers as well as our writers.

  1. I want to cancel my order

Once you have made the payment, our writers start working on your assignment. They put a great deal of time and effort in doing preliminary research for your assignments and deserve to be compensated. Thus, we do not allow cancellations after an order is confirmed.

  1. The writer could not complete the order

Full amount will be refunded within 14 days.

  1. My work was delayed

We will evaluate the mail trail to gauge your responsiveness. If we find that a reasonable time was available for our expert after taking into account unavoidable delays, we will grant a maximum of 25% credit which you can use in your future assignments. If the delay is not acceptable to you, we will give you a FULL refund. This refund must be claimed BEFORE the final assignment is delivered.

  1. My work is of unacceptable quality

Since quality is a very subjective matter, we cannot provide refund for unacceptable quality of work. However, we are willing to provide reworks till you are satisfied.

Other terms

  1. Request for refund will be entertained only within 14 days of deadline given by the customer
  2. Amount shall be refunded in the name of the person who has made the payment and through the same method with which the customer made the payment
  3. Refund processing shall take a minimum of 7 days

Enforcement/Choice of Law

If any part of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not impact any other provision of this Agreement, all of which will remain in full force and effect. Any and all disputes relating to this Agreement, BESTASSIGNMENTS.LK’s Privacy Policy and your use of the website will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Sri Lanka, without regard to any conflict of laws or provisions elsewhere.
